-
Choose a highly experienced professional who specialises in late diagnosis, females, mental health and complexity
-
You will not be rushed, pressured or made to follow standardised procedures
-
No wait and flexible payment options available
-
Post-diagnostic support included in your final session

Perhaps you feel different to others, are experiencing problems with your mood, self-esteem, problems with concentration, overwhelm/burnout, sensory issues, or managing relationships.
Perhaps you have wondered if this could indicate neurodiversity.
Having clarity through ADHD/autism assessment may help you and others to better understand your experience and access the support you need. You will not be dismissed or misunderstood, and you will only work with me.

No Referral Needed
Online or face to face appointments available with a short wait.
I understand that NHS waiting times can be lengthy and this does not meet everyone’s needs, even where Right to Choose is involved. In seeking a private assessment you can avoid this long wait and arrange assessments more flexibly to suit your needs. Contact PATH North West to get more details.

What I offer
-
Formulation, not just diagnosis
-
A final feedback session that explores post-diagnostic strategies and other forms of post-diagnostic support- you will not be left alone to make sense of it all
-
An assessment adapted to your needs. Need more information on the questions? need photos? need to bring stimming items? need a dimly light room? I anticipate many adaptations, but please let me know if you have specific requirements.

At PATH North West, you build a working relationship with one experienced professional (me!) who can provide consistent, professional care and take the time to hear your story. You're not a number, you’re a person in need of help.
This one-to-one continuity is something many people tell me they value most. I never upsell or overbook. I only take on the number of assessments I can complete thoroughly and ethically.
I don't just look at whether you meet diagnostic criteria, I also look at how your
neurodivergence shows up in your life and how to manage. Strategies are tailored to adults managing work, relationships, overwhelm and executive functioning

How do I book an adult autism or ADHD assessment?
You can book an adult autism assessment by emailing pathnorthwest@protonmail.com. I offer face-to-face sessions in Chorlton, Manchester, and Preston, and online assessments across the UK/internationally (if you are a UK resident). .
I’m not sure if I have Autism or ADHD – can I still book?
Absolutely. Many clients come to me unsure of their diagnosis. The consultation helps determine whether a full assessment is appropriate and which type will best meet your needs.

Are you a right to choose provider?
No. Please be aware that many Right to Choose providers use a more standardised and quicker approach, and can still sometimes involve a wait. A private assessment can be better if you want something thorough that has depth, and can consider complexity and you retain autonomy and control.
What happens after my assessment?
You’ll receive a feedback session and a full written report. If needed and subject to availability I offer follow-up therapeutic support. I will also signpost you to relevant support and reading material, and give you sufficient time to ask any questions .You are not left on your own after diagnosis.
Do you accept insurance for private assessments?
Yes. I am registered with Aviva, AXA, WPA, BUPA, and Vitality Health. Please check with your provider for coverage and referral requirements.

What are your prices?

The cost of an autism assessment is £1400, and an ADHD assessment is £1000 This can be paid in instalments. A combined assessment is £2000.
A therapy session is £120 per hour.
I do aim to try to keep assessments as affordable as possible, however, an average assessment in total (inclusive of the report) takes a minimum of ten hours.
